Mr. Hrbacek was admitted to the Minnesota bar in 1994. In 2001 he was admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Colorado and before the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado. Mr. Hrbacek received his degree from the University of St. Thomas (B.A., summa cum laude 1989). Thereafter, he entered the University of Minnesota, School of Law where he received his law degree (J.D. magna cum laude 1994).
Mr. Hrbacek is a member of the El Paso County, Colorado, and American Bar Associations.
Mr. Hrbacek represents both individual and corporate clients with their litigation and transactional needs. Mr. Hrbacek has litigation experience in many aspects of commercial and real estate law. Mr. Hrbacek’s corporate practice includes advising clients on a variety of business needs such as entity formation; contract review and negotiation; leasing and real estate issues; and litigation and risk management. In addition, Mr. Hrbacek provides legal counsel to a number of special districts. This area of practice involves a broad range of legal issues including governance, contract negotiation, employee matters, and tax exempt financing transactions. |
