Mark G. Pannell

Mr. Pannell has been admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado since 1998. He is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Pannell received his degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kansas (B.S. 1990). After working for two years as an electrical engineer, Mr. Pannell entered the Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington, where he received his law degree (J.D. 1995).

Mr. Pannell is a member of the El Paso County, Colorado, and American Bar Associations as well as the American Intellectual Property Law Association. He is also an active member and past president of the Rotary Club of Colorado Springs - InterQuest.

Intellectual property law is Mr. Pannell's principal area of legal expertise. His practice includes all aspects of patent, trademark, and copyright matters. He has successfully prepared and prosecuted patent applications, with a particular emphasis and expertise in the fields of computer hardware and software, semiconductors, telecommunication, printing, integrated circuits, electrical devices, instrumentation, mechanical devices, apparel, and food science.
