Manjusha graduated with an LL.B. degree from the University College of Law, Nagpur University, India in 1994 with distinction in Constitutional Law, Family Law, and Criminal Law. Her undergraduate specialization is Commerce and Accountancy. Manjusha became a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and the Bombay Bar Association in September 1994 and is licensed to practice law in India.
After graduating from law school, Manjusha assisted senior attorneys at the Bombay High Court in a variety of fields of law in India. Her experience includes civil litigation, matters relating to constitutional law, drafting of Writ Petitions, Special Leave Petitions, and various other petitions.
Manjusha has also worked with a leading law firm practicing Intellectual Property Law in Singapore where she has successfully handled international trademark applications and registrations of famous brands. At Hanes & Schutz LLC, Manjusha supervises our Foreign Desk and assists the firm’s attorneys in intellectual property related work. She also coordinates the firm’s international patent and trademark practice. |
